We have significant experience assisting our customers in
deployment projects using turn-key deliveries.
Support is available according to customer needs,
from basic email support to complete
project support through each phase,
including planning, onsite installation, or training of customer resources.
In order to adapt the
COTS product to the requirements of a customer
specification, we have experience in offering
complete solutions based on the COTS product.
Additional development to enhance or adapt can be
part of our complete offering. Additional
functions are either provided as convenient
"hooks" for further development by
either the customer himself or a sub-contractor or
as full implementation of specific requirements by

expertise required to assist in all phases of a

Demonstrations and exercises will be performed on

(new releases and patches), Remote Support through email and telephone,
as well as On-Site Support.
